When our emotional health is in a bad state, so is our level of self-esteem. We have to slow down and deal with what is troubling us, so that we can enjoy the simple joy of being happy and at peace with ourselves.

Being mindful essentially means not allowing your emotions to take over; because when that happens, our overall emotional wellbeing is threatened. We become rash, careless, anxious, impulsive, and all those things which lead us to make bad and sometimes inappropriate decisions. Mindfulness hence, is a mindset.
Simple daily mindfulness practices helps to reshape your thought process and makes you more resilient. As a result, the part of your brain which is linked to your overall well-being and immune system gets activated, and there is a significant improvement in that region of your brain which regulates emotions.

When you attend my Overall Emotional Well-being sessions, you will observe a noticeable difference in your attention span, and an improvement in your objectivity in handling different situations. There will be greater self-control, empathy and you will be able to look at mental anguish in perspective. You will feel a sense of peace and contentment which will not only be noticeable to you, but will also be visible to the ones around you. And it wont be long until they too start mirroring your feelings.

You will also be invited to attend a monthly group to continue to practice what you have learnt and share your journey at the end of the sessions.

Morning Session: (4 weeks– 2 hours per week) – £200, OR
Evening Session (6 weeks – 90 mins per week) – £300
